All services provided by Mailboxnotification.com are governed under our Terms and Conditions, and are subject to change at any time. These Terms and Conditions apply to a standard routed export transaction, when Member purchase products in the United States from merchants acting as the U.S. Principal Party in Interest, as defined by the United States Foreign Trade Regulations. Part VIII, below, provides additional terms when Members engage in a direct export transaction as the U.S. Principal Party in Interest.

Terms & Conditions

Biz International, Corp. (mailboxnotification.com) will not directly or indirectly, participate in any way in any transaction involving any commodity, software, or technology (hereinafter collectively referred to as “item”) exported or to be exported from the United States that is subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Biz International Corp takes every precaution and makes every effort to fully comply with all laws and regulations governing international trade, including the Federal Trade Statistics Regulations (FTSR). The following list is a non-exclusive sampling of items that are either restricted, cannot be shipped, or, depending on your destination country, may either require an import license, additional documentation, and/or cause problems and delays during the customs review of your shipment:

1. Combustible / flammable items (paints, oils, lighters, perfume, nail polish)
2. Any type of pressurized can (hair spray, shaving cream, spray cans of any type)
3. Hazardous materials (matches, chemicals, explosives)
4. Firearms, weaponry and their parts: military, police, and tactical equipment of any kind, including guns, gun replicas, gun accessories, gun components (magazines, clips, and rail systems), ammunition, knives, swords, compound bows, crossbows, discharge weapons such as shock batons or stun guns, tooling for guns or gun parts, optical scopes, laser sights, night sights, night visions goggles, handcuffs and other restraints, surveillance equipment.
5. Agricultural products such as tobacco, plants, and seeds.
6. Perishable foods
7. Animals and products made with animal skin (furs)
8. Alcohol (Biz International, Corp can ship table wine in limited quantities to most countries except Muslim countries such as Saudi Arabia)
9. Cash, currency, money orders, cashiers? Checks, bank drafts, bearer bonds, and collectible stamps and coins. Jewelry and precious stones are (a) restricted to some countries and (b) can only be insured up to $500 maximum and any shipments of jewelry in excess of $500 carriage limit are uninsured and Member assumes all risk of loss above such limit
10. Lottery tickets and gambling devices
11. Prescription and/or veterinary medication
12. Pornography
13. Lock picking devices
14. Government IDs and licenses, or items that claim to be, or that look similar to, government identification documents. This includes uniforms and badges or patches designed to look like official Government Issues.

II. COUNTRIES WE DO NOT SHIP TO:

Biz International Corp will not ship to any of the following countries:

1. Cuba
2. Sudan
3. Iran
4. North Korea
5. Syria
6. Other High-Risk countries

III. ONLINE FRAUD PREVENTION:

Biz International, Corp will use commercially reasonable best efforts to prevent any fraudulent use of the Biz International, Corp service. We work diligently to prevent credit card fraud and cancel any Member accounts engaged in such activity and return the merchandise to the merchant. Biz International Corp requires documentation from applicants to ensure against fraud, such as requiring copies of identification and credit cards. Biz International Corp also prohibits the use of the Biz International, Corp service for multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, receiving checks and money orders, and other business practices easily subject to abuse. Biz International Corp and its myusmailforwarder.com division reserve the right to confiscate all stolen merchandise.

IV. DENIED PERSONS:

Biz International Corp will not ship to persons and/or entities identified on any U.S. Department of Commerce Denied person List, Entity List of proliferation concern, on the US State Department Debarred Parties List or Treasury Department Designated Nationals exclusion list, the BIS ” Unverified List” and the ” List of Specially Designated Nationals” maintained by the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control. Nor will Biz International, Corp ship to any person or entity that is directly or indirectly involved in the financing, commission, or support of terrorist activities or in the development or production of nuclear, chemical, biological weapons or in missile technology programs as specified in the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (15 CRF 744).

V. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE MATERIALS PROVIDED AT THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In addition, BIZ INTERNATIONAL CORP does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the materials at this Site, nor does it warrant that the functions contained in this material will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. BIZ INTERNATIONAL CORP may make changes to the materials at this Site, or to the products and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The materials at this Site may be out of date, and BIZ INTERNATIONAL, CORP makes no commitment to update the materials at this Site. Information published at this Site may refer to products, programs, or services that are not available in your country or geographical location. Some of the promotional items, premiums, and prices may only be available in certain areas. Consult your local BIZ INTERNATIONAL, CORP business contact for information regarding the products, programs, and services that may be available to you.

VI. FEES

All fees and subscriptions paid for the service are non-refundable. Unless stated otherwise.

VII. INSPECTION

We reserve the right to open and inspect all items delivered in your name without notice to you.

VIII. STORAGE

We will store packages free of charge for a period of thirty [30] days from the date of delivery. After [30] days, we will charge you a fee of $1 a day, which will have to be paid prior to shipment to you. After [60] days in storage, we reserve the right to sell, destroy or otherwise dispose of such packages without incurring any liability to you or any other party whatsoever. Clients who continues to exceed their mailbox capacity will need to upgrade their service plan or risk account termination.

IX. EXPORTING

Upon your request, mailboxnotification.com will ship all packages to your home country and deliver them to the address you registered with mailboxnotification.com. No packages will be shipped until you have paid all shipping charges and storage costs if any. You are solely responsible for declaring the correct value of each package for the purpose of excise, duty, and tax payments. You should note that shipments may be inspected at any time by Customs authorities and incorrect valuations can lead to penalties for which you are solely responsible.

X. ACTS OF GOD, ETC.

We shall be excused from performance of its obligations, in whole or in part, under this Agreement if the failure or inability to perform is caused by reason of Force Majeure. “Force Majeure” as used herein means acts of God, fire, flood or other natural catastrophes, electric, communications or other utility outages, national emergencies, civil disturbances, insurrections, riots, wars (declared or undeclared), epidemics, strikes, or labor disputes, actions or restrictions of governmental authority, or causes not within the reasonable control of our company and its affiliates and vendors.

XI. EXECUTIVE ORDER 13,224

You represent and warrant to mailboxnotification.com that neither you nor any person acting on your behalf is a person or entity described by Section 1 of the Executive Order No. 13,224 – Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions with Persons Who Commit, Threaten to Commit, or Support Terrorism. This order can be reviewed at 66 Fed reg. 34,777 (June 29, 2001).

XII. MAIL FORWARDING TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Any time that you list your Mail Forwarding Address, you agree to include your Personal Mail Box (“PMB”) number in the address. If we notify you that a sender is not properly addressing mail to your PMB number, you agree to promptly contact the sender and instruct them to include your full address. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your mail forwarding service if an unreasonably high percentage of mail addressed to you is insufficiently addressed. You acknowledge that if your mail forwarding account is terminated for failure to comply with these terms you will not be issued a refund.

Mail must be addressed to the individual(s) or company stated on the 1583 form. Multiple officers, principals, or employees of one company may be listed on the 1583 form as mail recipients, BUT you may NOT receive mail for multiple COMPANIES at one Personal Mail Box -Each company must subscribe to its own mail forwarding service and must be assigned its own PMB number.

You agree that we have no responsibility or liability for mail that is not properly addressed with the name of your company and your PMB number or which is otherwise insufficiently addressed. By subscribing to mail forwarding service you authorize mailboxnotification.com to open any mail received with an insufficient address for the purposes of attempting to identify the subscriber addressee; you agree to hold mailboxnotification.com harmless for destroying any mail received for which the subscriber addressee cannot be identified.

Your sender is responsible for properly packaging your items for mailing to our facility. Incoming mail and packages are not subject to routine inspection for damage by mailboxnotification.com. If a carrier refuses to receive a package for re-mailing, or if mailboxnotification.com has a reasonable belief that the carrier would refuse to receive a package because the item has arrived at our facility in a condition that would prevent re-mailing, you authorize mailboxnotification.com to insert the item in its present packaging into an intact envelope or cardboard box; you agree to hold mailboxnotification.com harmless for repackaging your item for re-mailing, and you agree to pay reasonable fees for any packaging material necessary for re-mailing. mailboxnotification.com does not make any warranties respecting the condition or security of repackaged items.

Mailboxnotification.com does not accept mail containing hazardous or potentially hazardous materials, or any other substance or material prohibited by law from being carried through the mail; by subscribing, you authorize mailboxnotification.com to open any mail for inspection at our own discretion. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or forwarding of any item we deem inappropriate for any reason.

Due to regulations on exports, we will not forward any mail to the countries of Cuba, Iran, or North Korea. We reserve the right to refuse delivery from or forwarding to Nigeria, or Vietnam if we, at our sole discretion, determine that such delivery may potentially be associated with any fraudulent activities. Regardless of origin or destination, if we in our sole discretion suspect that your contact information or payment method is fraudulent, then we may in our sole discretion immediately terminate your account without refund and turn all related information over to the USPS Office of the Postal Inspector, the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation, the applicable State Attorney General or Embassy with jurisdiction, or other local, national or international law enforcement authorities. You understand that we cooperate with the USPS Postal Inspection Service and will share any and all information about you and your use of the Services upon its reasonable request. We may share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

You specifically indemnify us and hold us harmless from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or causes of actions arising from such inspection of your Mail or from the release of information regarding you or your use of the Services to any local, state, or national agency or to the USPS, or to a private party whose subpoena you fail to contest as specified by us. Except as provided in these Terms, we will preserve the confidentiality of your Mail’s contents with respect to third parties and will not use or disclose the information contained in your Mail other than to carry out the purposes for which you disclosed that information.
